CONTACT ME
I’d love to hear from you! Please know that I really do read every single email and comment, and I appreciate you taking a moment to reach out! The wonderful notes I receive really are my favorite part of blogging!!
I always try my best to reply if you have a question, but please be patient with me if you don’t hear back right away. And if I’m not able to respond, I hope you’ll forgive me. I’m only one person – I have no assistant or staff. So sometimes I have to let some things go so I can keep a good balance in my life… my family always comes before my computer. :) Thanks for understanding!
Also, please know that I don’t do link exchanges or product reviews, and while I’d love to give a shout-out to all your wonderful sites and blogs, there’s just not enough time in the day – so sorry! I do occasionally host giveaways, however, and I will also consider writing a sponsored post (but that is rare – I have to really believe in your company and/or products to do so).
HOW TO CONTACT ME
You can reach me by filling out the form below (although sometimes the notes don’t come through or get lost in my spam folder – ugh!!). You can also pop over to my Facebook page where you can send me a direct message from there. Sometimes Facebook prompts a faster reply because your notes don’t get mixed up with all the “junk” email. That’s really the best way to get in touch with me quickly.
Thanks again for your interest! I hope to connect with you soon!
I’m sorry…it’s actually “Lights, Camera, Color.” You just upload the picture & then it turns it into a coloring page. You print it at home. They have different options…you can also do “Story Studio” where they add your kiddo to the story…for example, they use the picture to turn your kid into a superhero in the spiderman story. You can try it for free, but to print anything you need a code. You can get those with “specially marked” Crayola products..including crayons, so you do not have to spend a ton of money to do this. (well, I guess you do have to consider the paper and printer ink too.) It does seem like these 2 apps are separate and you would need 2 different codes to access them both. I’m planning to do this for 3 small kiddos in my family so I sent Crayola an email asking if there was a limit per code. Crayola responded very quickly (I was impressed with their response.) They said 1 code provided 6 months of unlimited access. I can’t remember where I originally saw this, but it seemed like a fun idea to me. I’m glad to hear you like it too. I’ve included the links below.

Thanks for this great info! I have never heard of this!! (Friends, she is referring to this post with 25 Personalized Gift Ideas for Kids where I mentioned customized coloring books.) Such a fun idea… I will have to check this out! Thanks again. :)
Hi!
You are officially the first blog I have ever subscribed to! I am in LOVE with your blog and your attitude in life. I am a stay at home mom as well and absolutely love being at home with my two kids. I have received that comment before as well in regards to “wasting my education”. Amazing what flies out of people’s mouths. So often these blogs that are geared towards moms/parents are very judge-y and seem to always have this negative feel to them after I read them. Yours is so uplifting, encouraging and SMART! There is something about the way you write that doesn’t leave a person feeling like “I should have done this… I messed up by NOT doing this…” – if that makes sense. Breath of fresh air! Thank you for writing!
Hi Cherilyn! Thank you for your sweet notes!! Both of them put a big smile on my face, and it means so much to me to know that you feel a connection to me and the way I live my life. Even though I always try to do my best, I’ve learned that you simply can’t strive for perfection in everything or you’ll be exhausted and miserable trying to reach and maintain some self-imposed threshold… and for what, really? At this stage in my life, I strive for “good enough” most of the time, and that seems to be working just fine! :) When I cut myself some slack, that’s when I am the happiest and when I’m enjoying life the most. Anyhow, I’m glad that attitude seems to resonate with you! I love that you’re here!! Thanks for subscribing – I hope I do you proud! :) Take care!! xo
Hello! I just want you to know how much I have loved following your blog through the years. It’s been a constant source of inspiration and encouragement to me.
My two sisters-in-love and I just recently got married within a year of each other, and we are starting a new blog. It should be (at least mostly) complete by this Friday. We wondered if you might be willing to help us get started and gain a little exposure? Perhaps you wouldn’t mind writing a blog post on our site or something like that–you’ve been blogging longer than we have, I’m sure you have ideas ;).
Thank you so much! Keep up your beautiful site and know that you’re encouraging many, many women in their every day lives.

Hello
I need some major help. I am trapped with my stuff. I know all the systems I have read every blog and I think if anyone can help me its you.
I have piles of items that I have no idea how to store. Im talking little teddy bears, troll dolls, basically all the Tchotchkes I have aquired over the years. I dont want to make a junk box, but should I go get tons of little boxes to put inside on big one and label each individual item and then make a list outside of whats inside. I am beginning to think it is my only options. PLease help me figure this out I am walking in circles putting stuff in boxes only to end up dumping on the floor to figure out a new way to stores all this stuff most of it is 3 x 3 inches. Should I get tool boxes. I have been stuck on this for weeks please advise ASAP!!
I found your site while looking for a Minion costume for a friends child. Yours was very creative thanks for sharing it. I clicked on your photo to get more information as your costume intrigued me when I read that you had not pursued a career but chose the role of mother instead. I wanted to congratulate you I know that it is not an easy choice to make. I have a niece that made the same choice 18 years ago she gave up her career as a systems administrator to focus on her son. She has had one other son and a daughter since then they are all very happy and beautiful people. Cheers.
I am inquiring about online shopping. Can you point me in the right direction? I have looked at my local store but the only things they seem to sell online are bulk items. Thanks for any further information you may have and love your website!
Hi Christy, I am really enjoying your blog!!! Your post about your youngest daughter popped up when I was searching articles about adding a third baby to the mix. I am also a proud stay at home mom, we have two daughters and are going for baby three. I have to admit I’m still a little freaked out about it! Thanks for your words of wisdom. I’m also enjoying all your tips and tricks. Maybe you could do a 2014 favorites post!
WARM hugs from sunny south Florida :) I am so happy I found your blog. I am a mom to 3 girls ( 5 year old and 3 year old twins) and seriously thinking about a 4th one!! And just 6 -12 months ago I was so done having kids lol then I came across your blog , and how having a 4 th changed your life and the life of your family :) and my baby fever got so much stronger! I was wondering what are the age differences of your girls..I am a little scared that another baby would feel left out since 3 older girls are so close in age ( exactly 24 months)…but I know that 4 is our number and I just can’t shake off having another baby. Thank you! Xo
Hi!
Love your site, came across it as I am trying to better organize my home. Right now I am working on the bathroom and loved your mounted hooks, but I can’t find any hooks mounted in such nice wood worrk did you do that yourself or did you buy it? I’d love to know how to make it or where to buy it.
a new follower!
Thank you!
Hi there! Glad you found me! :) We had a carpenter install the hooks – he nailed up a board (so the hooks would be nice and sturdy as opposed to being mounted in the drywall), and then he trimmed it out a bit to make it look more decorative. Pretty simple, really, for anyone who is handy! Hope that helps! Thanks for following along, Marivel! :)
I was wondering about the water bottles you recommend. The link isn’t working and I was curious about what brand you recommend.
Drowning in the everyday cycle of 4 children, a Pastor Husband, 25 Second graders that I teach and love dearly, and a house that has mounds of laundry and 6 hungry mouths to feed…and then I found you! Looking forward to diving into your blogs and gleaning wisdom from you. Thank you and keep on blogging.
Hi Christy – I am doing a post on my site about what to pack for a Disney Cruise. I’d like to feature your article and was wondering if I could use an image from that post. I will link back to you and give you credit. Just wanted to obtain your permission first. https://harvardhomemaker.com/a-moms-guide-15-things-to-pack-for-a-disney-cruise/
Sorry for the delayed response! Of course, that would be great! Thanks so much! :)
